Telerik announces (yet another) .NET refactoring tool

Does this say anything about refactoring adoption among .NET developers? Maybe. It definitely says something about Microsoft refactoring tools state of the art (thanks Jeff). Refactoring support in Visual Studio 2010 lags miles behind refactoring support in free tools like Eclipse or Netbeans. JustCode features here.
